Step 1
CASA: Register on MyCASA and obtain an ARN, and complete the medical certificate application.FAA: Register on MedXpress and complete your medical history and bring your confirmation number to your exam.
Step 2
Book in with us. We guide you through the whole process.No additional fees for follow up letters or time spent preparing your file.We provide pathology slips and referrals ahead of your appointment (if required) eliminating extra waiting time.
Step 3
Attend your exam.CASA: For Class 2 applicants, if medically appropriate get a certificate the same day!FAA: Our doctor can issue First, Second and Third Class certificates.

The medical certification process
Follow these steps from CASA to help you prepare for your medical examination. These steps help you save time by reducing the need for potential follow ups.We can also help you through this process if you are having trouble when you book your appointment.
1. Register for your myCASA account here
2. Confirm your contact details
3. Apply for an ARN (aviation reference number) if you don't have one.
4. Apply for your medical certificate on myCASA (You must do this before your appointment with a DAME. This applies to all Class 1, 2 and 3 holders.)
5. Fill out your full medical history on the CASA application, and pay the required CASA fee.
6. See the DAME for your exam.
Class 1/2/3 initial or renewal
$299 - Australian CASA Exam
$499 - USA FAA Exam
$699 - Both USA and Australian
Our exams take approximately 1 hour and include a thorough history, physical exam, and urine test as required by CASA.FAA exams have different requirements.Our exam fees are flat rate* and include all time required by our doctor until your application is ready to submit. This background work can take 4-6 hours. Some doctors charge more for anything but the simplest medical exam - not us.
